Denver members...run this Thursday morning?
Hi,
You've heard of a "one night stand", well how about a "one morning run"?!? I will be in Denver for a meeting Wednesday evening, and will be looking to get a run in on Thursday morning - and it would be great to run with a local. I'm staying at the Courtyard Marriott by the airport on Tower Road. Depending on the timing, I might be able to drive somewhere, but my co-workers are flying out pretty early and will need the car probably around 7am.
Even if you can't make it, I would appreciate suggestions on where to run.

You might actually have to drive to get to something where we could meet up. If timing works out I would love to join you. could be a great chance for me to REALLY pick your brain on what I should really be thinking about in terms of getting myself prepared for my big trail running adventure next year. I have an 8:30 meeting that morning though in the Denver Tech Center, which is south and west of where you will be, so it could get close. Unless you're thinking of meeting at some crazy time like 4:30. I may not be down with that...
I'm in SE Denver, and it is actually a pretty quick drive between me and where you will be when there isn't traffic. I'm within .25 mile of the Highline Canal trail, and then about 3/4 mile from the Cherry Creek path.

I've looked at my schedule, and I think my run is going to have to be at O'dark thirty. I really need to be heading towards the airport at like 7:30 or so, which means I'm likely to need to be running at 5:30ish - and I'm not sure that I'll have access to a car.
All that means...I figure I'll be on my own to gasp my way through the running set in that thin air!
