Back in da Haus
Hey, EN Peeps!
Just wanted to drop in and let y'all know that I'm still alive (though I haven't been kicking a whole lot lately). I started a new job last March, and it sucked me down a black hole for about the past 10 months. I've now got a bit of breathing room, and, having signed up for IM CDA '11, figger it's time to hit it again!
Fitness levels are well south of where I'd like them to be, so establishing consistency again is paramount. Everything is painful, and cheeseburgers and cokes are far more appealing than the 4:30am alarm call for FTP intervals.
Looking forward to hanging with the gang again!
