Kinda proud of this one...
While North TX had monsoon rains and tornado watches/warnings yesterday, so I couldn't get out and ride; and because it's all too soon to turn to the drainer in the pain cave; I rode with my Sunday morning peeps this morning.
Well, with some hellacious winds left over from yesterdays storms, and my desire to get away from all the 'twitchy' riders behind me, I spent the first hour, and most of the remaining time within a rider of the front.
It felt AWEsome! And like the title of the post says, I'm kinda proud of this one:
Entire workout (236 watts):

Work: 2109 kJ

Pa:HR: 6.4%

And, YES, that is a PMax of 1000+ watts! I had several spikes in that range, mostly accelerating off the stop lights. I couldn't believe it when I saw it.
