STUPID PT STUCK ON "HOST"

Anyone ever run into this problem. Downloaded ride data and next time I tried to use the PT, it went to "HOST" and wouldn't move as long as it was on the bike. As soon as I took it off it seemed to work fine. Tried taking out the battery...nothing. Tried pressing various buttons...nothing. Anyone have any suggestions? THANKS!

Tech support seems to be the answer.

Did you try putting it back into the cradle and seeing if it would reset? I think the pins in the back get stuck sometimes.

Sent an e-mail to Saris. Will try to jiggle the pins. The pins on the computer or on the bike mount?
