Trainer pros/cons
I need to buy a trainer & fast! Normally I'd do the required research, but I want to get a trainer asap for the OS plan. Can anyone point out the key features that I should look for when buying a trainer...or are they all basically the same? Any unnecessary features? Any other decent brands besides Cycle Ops and KK? Any brands to avoid?
Thanks for any advice. Just trying to shorten the learning curve so I buy a trainer and get crackin'!

I've been using the CycleOps JetFluid Pro for many months and it's been great. Quiet, good road-like feel, stable, good bang for the buck.
http://www.kurtkinetic.com/roadmachine.php is what I use.

Probably comes in the top two or three of the list of best tri purcases i've made.
If you're not on a budget, you CANNOT lose with this: http://insideride.com/
Word of advice, check out ebay for some possible deals. I purchased a CycleOps Fluid 2 for $150, roughly half of retail price. Used but still in very good condition.
People buy them and then don't use them. But shipping is a bear since they're heavy, so watch out for that.
Agree with what Dave and Mike said. I have had no problems with my Kinetic Road Machine and have several thousand miles on it.
Thanks everyone. Hopefully I can get a good deal on eBay or Craigslist.
