  • It may seem like a 'duh!' statement to say that men and women are different.

    However, previous to that work, I don't think that anyone would have believed you if you said that women and men had different nutritional needs post-workout, and that women don't need the protein like men do. I found that result pretty darned interesting.
  • I remember reading this when it came out. It'll be interesting to see what further studies have to say, though I still drink chocolate milk after a long and hard workout but more because it tastes good and is good for me anyway!
