  • My first FTP test ever.  Also my first ride with a powermeter.  I didn't puke at the end so I don't think I went hard enough - lot's of room for improvement though.  Actually, it's also my first time using WKO+.  Is there a way to copy/paste the data or you all just typing out the data from your test?

I selected the portion of the graph for my two 20 minute test and the 2 minute 'rest' and it shows my 'Norm Power' is 190.  I'm pretty sure that means my FTP is 190?

nice job Mark on the first power test.  yes, your FTP is 190.  as far as posting the numbers, it's a copy and paste method---highlight what you want to post, then hit cntrl +c (at the same time), then come into the forums and hit cntrl +v (paste function).

Thanks Keith.  Though I know how to copy and paste on the computer image - I couldn't figure out where in WKO+ I can grab the numbers from.  When I highlight the test part of my graph, I see the numbers in the bottom right corner, but there is no way for me to select those numbers.

I'll give it a try again tonight - I didn't have much time to play with WKO+ after I installed it yesterday.  Since today is a rest day, I'll just my workout time to play with WKO image

    cheers - mark

  • Mark - try the stats in the lower right-hand corner of the  "journal" page of a given work-out. It is typically the first page that shows up wehn you click on a workout. You should see a little dialogue box that you can scroll (and select and copy).

@ mark-- sorry i didn't answer your question right the first time.  here is how you create a new interval using the graph.  first highlight the part you wan to use as the interval (yes, you'll see the stats in the lower right), then go to edit> create range.  This will give you the chance to name the range you created (it should add this to the list in the upper right).  this will then appear in the summary of the journal view (the one with the multiple graphs) so you can copy and paste it from there.

  • Whelps, I guess I should post. I'm 2 weeks behind you all, just starting the OS this week, but I'd like to be a part of the November peeps! Had to make sure all the injuries were (almost) gone, and get at least most of the way through the cyclocross season.

Did my bike test on less-than-rested legs, so probably not ideal, but it was around what I expected. FTP 202. I'd like to get above 220... we will see.
