Indoor training
This is one of about 5 videos I think from the sufferfest.com that are excellent for entertainment when you ride inside or for an excellent workout. I did this before my OS (before I was a member) and was really prepared, they will kick your ass!!

I'm in the process of building a group class (local to Chicago) around these videos in a computrainer studio.
I did Revolver last week and it took 15' to peel myself off the floor. I have yet to make thrugh Fight Club without quiting.

@Hayes: I've found it quite hard to complete fight club too, but have a power meter makes a big difference there. I try to keep the TT intervals 100% and then just stand for the attack parts. For the last 2:30 during the climbs, I go at my lowest VO2 number, and stand for the attack. Needless to say, my recoveries are so easy its amazing I don't fall over on the rollers. But, I've produced great workouts from it, I actually get nervous before my fight club workouts!
$10.99 ..........its a download only. I use flash drives to hold them 2+ gigs . I downloaded a few mp4 player to run them.
Actually its 9.99, and sometimes they have a promo code to get 50% off of all of them, I wonder if you emailed and said you'd get them, he would actually give you a discount...
I can't see why not - I watch them through itunes on my computer. I just did Angels - fun stuff chasing contador up Alpe d'Huez. I've now done all 4, although I didn't actually finish revolver. and the warm down shorts at the end are fun too.
I have to say I really like the "yelling" text - reminds me of my football coach father!
