Weigh in 11/3
Here we are at the first November weigh in. I'm looking forward to the OS and getting back to workouts which should help take off some pounds.
I'm even this week again at 229. Post you number here:

At this point, I might need to get a shock collar to stop me from picking up extra dessert! Post-IM is killing me, I need to get back on track and fast.
No loss -- No gain. Grrrr.
Oh well, MCM this past weekend has been followed by a little too much eating and a little too little training, so I suppose holding steady isn't unexpected, or necessarily all that bad. Big thing now is to avoid all the left over Halloween candy that's left at my house, and that my coworkers bring in and leave littered in public areas. Doing the B2B Full relay (run) in 2 weeks, so it'd be nice to shed a few more lbs before that, maybe get down to 168-169 if possible.
Lost 1.2, have no idea how, and who cares!!!! WOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOO!
Undone by a snickerdoodle and a chocolate chip cookies...oh, yeah and some ice cream. Even again this week.
Wow- holding steady like some others. Frankly that is a good thing at this point, not exactly sure how that happened. Same for me Nemo - I had yogurt for dessert last night instead of some other enticing options!
I've been pushing the scale to the wall prior to stepping on it, every time since the baseline.
And today, my wife showed me that the floor's molding gets under part of the scale. This little change shows about a 5lb difference. Explains why I had one week where I dropped 5 lbs and then picked them right back up the next.
So, I'm going to be pulling the scale away from the wall from here on. Bad news, looks like I haven't lost any weight. But, if I assume that I was 5 lbs heavier than I recorded at baseline, then I'm progressing pretty well.
@ Nemo - I got a laugh out of that one. "Oh No - it's Wednesday.." Hopefully I have not made Wednesday too painful. Perhaps I've become like that flintstones episode "OH NO it's Madame Yes!" with something bad happening shorly after her apperance.
@Jennifer - If you have an extra collar lying around send me one.
@ Chris - I need to find a spot like that in my bathroom.
Nice job making it though Halloween everyone, unfortunately (from a weight loss perspective only) all of my US counterparts have to make it through Thanksgiving yet. I already have my + 2.2 lbs or 1 kg from Thanksgiving which happens in October here in Canada.

Jennifer- you crack me up! True confession though, I had one peanut butter cookie tonight. Joe made a whole batch a few days ago and I resisted eating any, but told him to just save the last one for me. I knew if I ate one while there were still more left I'd put myself onto a very slippery slope. So tonight I enjoyed the cookie and am relieved to know there aren't any more! (and if Joe heads to the kitchen to bake more I'm gonna have to kill him!)
okay, so I was out of town yesterday and couldn't weigh in. Forgot this AM and given the amount of halloween candy at our office have decided to forgo the weigh in this week and focus on doing well for next week. If it doesn't go well I am going to punish myself by asking for nothing but veggies in my Christmas stocking.
