Swim eBook help

 So, I downloaded a Swim eBook.  Looks like I only got some of it.  It stops at drill 6 of the Position Progression.  Trust me, I need the WHOLE thing.

Where do I find the whole eBook?  Position Progression and Propulsion Progression.  I have the OS workouts, but need the drills info.

Chris, the full swim ebook is in the wiki under swimming. Could be your download connection was bad?
