How to combine two workouts (intervals)
I would like to combine my to intervals I did today to see how my numbers are for both. My overall workout was 59 minutes but I want to leave out the warm up, spin ups, and 20 minute cool down. I just want to see the two 6 minute intervals
Interval 1 was norm power of 176, VI 0.99, IF 1.03
Interval 2 was norm power of 183, VI 0.99, IF 1.07
How can I combine the two of these in WKO to see what the average of just these two were vs the whole workout.
The whole work out was 58:01, TSS 70.9 (0.86), v1=1.1 and norm was 147.
I am slowly getting use to WKO and just bought the book that was recommended, training with a power meter and RnP are listed in the first few pages of the book.

You can "create a range" on the graph tab to create any "interval" range you'd like to analyze.
