Running
First Brick and this am but my questions is in my zones it gives me a % and a heart rate. So are we to train via our heart rate or pace. Otherwise am I running with the Jack Daniels Chart......Easy pace, Marathon pace, etc or my heart rate in the zones....Pace or HR?

In the data tool, under the 'tests section' there is a tests tab that will give you the zones in HR and pace. Use the pace for the runs.
