Pre-emptive Week 8 question
I looked forward to week 8 in the October plan and notice it's another testing week. That's great as I look forward to seeing progress thus far. My question is regarding the bike workout later that week. On thursday the workout is :
MS: 2 x 15 (4') @ 95-100%/Z4/Hard. Remainder of time at 80-85%/Z3/Mod-Hard
Would this be at the new FTP or the old FTP? Probably new FTP but I figured I would ask

It's the new FTP. To paraphrase RnP, testing gives you permission to work harder.
