I've been feeling like the days off are right on time. My legs are fatigued but not terribly sore.
Legs are feeling it - starting on the weekly epsom salt soak and nightly "stick" self-massage as preventative measures!
Missed my normal OS swim today. So far, 4 trips to the bathroom and back (ok, I know, TMI) with some type of food poisoning I suppose. I think I have about reset the entire system and hoping to be back online in time for tomorrow's brick. Not the best way to spend the day off but better than having this issue during one of the important days!!
Hope things are 'cleaned out' by tomorrow...... =:-[

Last year at Kansas I believe my swim time was 39 min so yes I need to work on stroke and technique.
Back to the pain cave in the am......loving this thing they call the OS

I'm all off the schedule this week. After a good bike session Monday, I decided to take today off to help heal up my hamstring. Cooked up some good healthy food with my spare time.
