Climbing - With Ropes That is...
Hi guys,
I used to be an avid rock climber and I have access to a free climbing gym at work. I was thinking about getting back into it for some cross training during the winter. Anyone try climbing/bouldering for cross training? Seems like a good resistance workout without adding bulk. Thanks.

Go ice climbing instead!
I climbed extensively for about 15 years from the early 90s to mid 2000s. Honestly, other than being a fun diversion, it would do absolutely nothing for your tri training.
What if I do it with my aero helmet on and transition between free climbing, ice climbing, and lead climbing all in one session?
