Added WSM and Charter Member Tags to UserNames

This has been a while coming but now you can see who is a WSM or a Charter (founding!) member of EN right under their username.

 

WSMs and Charters, please check your USername and email admin@endurancenation.us if we missed you! Note, if you are Charter AND WSM, we left WSM up!
