heart rate/power-feeling fresh/tired
This is interesting, not sure what to make of it so I thought I'd throw it out there. Last week I felt really good on the 3x10 bike intervals. I felt strong and finished strong.
The numbers were: HR POWER 165bpm/ 226W, 169bpm /226W, 168bpm/222W
Today I felt tired, legs loaded up really fast, felt like I was just making it though the intervals.
Today's numbers were 158bpm/224W 160bpm/224W 160bpm/219W
3W difference feeling really good and really tired. So next time I'm feeling good, smoke outta be coming off the rear tire? Test day is coming up so we'll see. Any thoughts from the haus?
