Need some help...trainer "time" is way off.
Today's bike work was supposed to be 75'. Ended up being 90. Here's what I did.
5' w/u, 3' Z3, 1' RI, 3' Z3, 1' RI
14' Z4, 4' RI, 14'Z4, 4' RI
7' Z4, 5' RI
15' Z3, 2' RI, 15' Z3
End...93' total.
Again, not a big deal, but to be honest, I don't want to blow my wad by over-doing it too early in the OS, you know? The Bessie (my wife) wasn't upset or anything, either, so no big deal there either.
Did I make an error?
