Marathon Hack
Hi guys, at the beginning of December I need to start my training for Boston (not a great runner hear and I need approximately 18 weeks). I hear tell of a marathon hack spreadsheet and plan. Anybody know where I can find that.
Nervous about my nerve impingment that I am experiencing and would like to give myself plenty of time to train should I have to modify it do to the injury.

I did week one of the marathon hack run yesterday and week 5 Nov OS Tue bike today. I am one week behind on the Nov OS. Will be interesting to see how things go.
