Marathon Hack

Hi guys, at the beginning of December I need to start my training for Boston (not a great runner hear and I need approximately 18 weeks). I hear tell of a marathon hack spreadsheet and plan. Anybody know where I can find that.

Nervous about my nerve impingment that I am experiencing and would like to give myself plenty of time to train should I have to modify it do to the injury.

    Brenda yes you do.  You won't need to do anything extra. Good luck.

  • Tucker, what about the bikes. Do I leave them as is in the Nov OS?
  • Yes do the bikes as posted. Maybe re-evaluate in a few weeks to see where your body is and if you need tweaking run it by the coaches.
  • Thanks Tucker, will do. Moved Tuesdays bike to Monday, so my schedule is going to be:

    Monday - bike
    Tuesday - run
    Wed - bike
    Thur - run
    Fri - REST
    Sat - bike
    Sun - run

    I did week one of the marathon hack run yesterday and week 5 Nov OS Tue bike today. I am one week behind on the Nov OS. Will be interesting to see how things go.
