Folks, I have hit the spreadsheet to dole out the vDOT goals for all 60 folks who have signed up. Rich will soon do the same for FTP. You can view the coach "targets" in the spreadsheet here. If you want to play along and add your own info, please complete this survey, as we'll be checking this 1x a month for the OS. Thanks all!!!

    Hi!  I took a look when this was first introduced, but didn't sign up on the spreadsheet since I'm a Jan OS'er.... and don't have power yet (was HR last year)... should I sign on now and fill in the blanks later?

    Beth, are you saying I made some mistake or is that your submitted data was way in advance of your initial OS? Per Becky's question you should post your week 1 OS test results and then I will have at them!

    I'm just being awesome and making more vdot points. And the OS is for January, P!

    Didn't see my name on the spreadsheet. I thought I had filled out that form in the forum and included it. Maybe not though.
