Congrats!
TeamIMAZ:
Congrats on your race and your accomplishments! Now that we have given you at least 12 hours to hopefully reacquaint yourself with...yourself, your family, your job, it's time to discuss "what next?"
File a Report!
You have two options...the first is to do it online in the Race Report Forum in written form. The second is to set up a podcast with Coach Rich to review the event in a 15-minute phone call. If you'd like to do the podcast (please, please!) then please email rich@endurancenation.us with time options for TODAY (Tuesday) or Wednesday.
Submit Your Pictures!
We'd love to see what your camera saw all week...please go to the Resources / File Upload page to post up your ZIP file of race week and race day pictures. Then email us to let us know you've uploaded photos.
Your Team Needs Your Info, Race Reports and Data!
No doubt that your experience at your race was aided by the experienced shared by EN members who raced Ironmans earlier this season and posted their race reports and data. It's time to pay it forward!
Your first resource is this eBook we have created. Without a doubt, your ability to recover from your Ironman -- both physically and mentally -- is a key factor in determining what's next. This eBook contains both practical and specific guidance as to how you can best "bounce back" from your race day experience, as well as a four week transition training plan to guide you.

- Also, please take our Race Recap survey, the 30,000ft view of your race experience!
- If you have a wko file (or two!) you'd like to share, please send them to this address and include your Name, Age, Weight, FTP. Thanks!
- Again, submit your race report in the Race Report Forum

Congrats on your race...enjoy your well-earned downtime. As you transition from Triathlete to Citizen, please let us know your intentions so we can do our best to help!
Many thanks,
