Data Tools question - all or just test data

I am sure this has not been asked in the last 5 minutes; shoule we endter all or just the test days into DT?

In doing all or at least alot of bike tests, for example, the data will gravitate toward some normal number and the next test will not show any real difference to the summary pages.

Then it seems like I shoule have a small amount of DT tests so that I can be pushing myself with current data.

I am asking from the standpoint of doing IM W 11 and want to give coaches the best values so I can-do the event.

Oh what am I going to do?  thanks ahead of time for the comments.

  • Just enter test data in to the Data Tool. You can track workouts youself using WKO+ or Training Peaks. That's up to you.

  • Enter all your tests...it's fine...it's really nice to have a place to track all your benchmarks across the year, as they don't always go up / get better!!!
