transition plan: confused on week 2 & running
I finished IMAZ last Sunday (yeehaw!!), and am following the transition plan from the transition ebook. I am a little confused about the week 2 schedule. At the top in the week 2 goals, it says that you don't run at all until the second weekend, Friday at the earliest, and if so, it should be very, very easy. Yet, the week 2 plan has a 45 minute run on Thursday? Should I take Thursday off and try this run on Friday after the swim? Can I try to run Thursday? I am not sure how this is supposed to go... Thanks!!

The longer you wait to resume running the less likely you'll going to hurt yourself. I personally, wait 3 weeks at a min post IM.
Not 100% up on the transition wiki/workouts/section but they've been used between lots of different types of transition like OS to IM plans etc. In your case, I would not run yet as your coming down from IM.
