Weigh in 12/1


Starting December, post US Thanksgiving and in to the Christmas season.  My wife and I only have one work function to attend as they happen to fall on the same day.  Other parties with friends will be more numerous but I will try to curtail the Christmas cheer to just a few parties.

So what did the scale say today?  I'm up 2 having not done much exercise in the last two week and eating more while done homework after work, 230 is where I am at.  Here's the spreadsheet:

  • I'm down .4 to 146.4. The real shame is, on Sunday I was all the way down to 144.6 image
  • I was kind of off-grid last week even tho I turned up to post things like key workout data. I actually haven't moved at all in weight for the past two weeks. 152. All things considered, this is a minor victory between Thanksgiving being last week and some insane work hours. I have a bad habit of eating when I'm tired. So I think i'm good to go to get a little closer on track now again.
  • Down 2 pounds to 270.4. Finally got calories dialed in and seem to be letting go of my normal post marathon weight gain. Hope to keep that 2-3 lbs/week drop consistently over the next few months to reach goal of 220 by May.
  • @William- Hello MN peep! I'm back in EN again for my OS #4. I managed to scrape all the way down to 204# for Chicago but am back up 5# after the holidays. Time to return to my Primal Blueprint diet that worked so well over the summer. My goal is to De-Clyde myself in the next 4-6 weeks. I'm sure the holiday run challenge will burn a few extra calories like it has the last 2 years.
