Actual workout times...
Guys, suggestion here from a very new member. "Long" bike workouts have a 75' total on them. That number is way off. I nearly blew my SAU's in one shot by planning for a 75' workout, when it lasted ~100 minutes, with an abbreviated warm up.
I know, I might be lazy not adding the times on my own, but a (nearly) 30% difference in actual time working out is a lot. From a planning standpoint, not from an actual work-output standpoint.
No real biggie, just a small suggestion that I think could help a lot.
