Any way to delete an interval in wko+ ?

So I figured out how to delete a range that manually created inside wko, but I'm looking to delete a range that was set by my PT.

Basically I did the warm-up, then moved into Interval 1 of my workout, but forgot to hit the interval button on my lyc.

So my first 'interval' in wko+ shows warm-up + interval 1.  Make sense?

I was able to manually create a range to get the correct data I wanted to see, but I could not figure out how to delete the interval that the PT set.

Thanks! -Ed

It shouldn't matter what the "interval" is called. view your chart in horizontal graph, highlight the section where you start and finish it should go up in the lower left hand corner of the screen as you highlight. Then move your slider bar up and it will show up as something like selection. You can rename this range with a right click if you like.

  • I second what Dan says. My WKO+ always imports an interval as a named range (typically, "Interval 1" or something like that). I can delete that range if I so choose and reset it to the proper interval. In fact, I've gotten to the point where I no longer try to hit the interval button on my Joule. I just create the interval ranges in WKO+ after the fact.
