I need some guidance on replacing run workouts as I recover from a bout with achilles tendinitis. I've been able to cycle this week, but can't run. Should I replace the runs with swim workouts?

You could run in the pool... that is a nice change from impact and you can really get a good workout in. Not the same, but it won't hurt.

I spent all of last years OS and a good portion of my IM build in the pool doing pool running due to calf injury. My biggest piece of advice: Get an Otterbox for your iPod. Music makes all the difference.
