It's funny because that race overshadowed my entire season in 2010. I went too slow at the Syracuse 70.3 because I was worried I was going to have a repeat of what happened at Galveston -- even though I had figured the nutrition thing out soon after Galveston. I also went too easy at IMFL.

No excuses next year.
