WKO+ v3.0 workout summary settings question

Why is it that when I do my 2.5' on/off VO2 workouts that I don't get TSS or Norm Power numbers like I would for the entire workout or for laps of 5 minutes or more?  Is there some global setting that I'm overlooking?  Thanks!

Example of my last 2.5' on lap:

  • I can't recall the exact cut-off, but NP won't calculate for short intervals. I think it was something like 4 minutes or less.
  • Five minutes is the magic number to begin generating NP and TSS numbers.

If you open up a bike workout in WKO+, click on the graph tap, and then pick any portion of that workout, hold down the button on the mouse, and slowly drag the mouse to the right, you can watch the NP and TSS numbers click in at exactly the 5:00 mark.

  • Thanks Nemo and Al. I was hoping that was the case since I couldn't find a setting to change.
