Crank Arm Length
This is a topic that I have overlooked through the purchase of several bikes. I recently went in for a fit on a road bike I just got and the fitter was surprised I had 175mm cranks. They came with the bike which I bought used. Anyway, it got me thinking. I found the following article that suggests I should use a 170mm based on my inseam length and bike frame size. I wanted to get folks opinion on this. What are the performance implications of riding a crank arm that is too long? What about power output? etc . . . This could be my excuse to purchase a Quarq with shorter crank arms.
Just found this too.

I'm 5'2" (well, almost) and Todd from TTBikefit recommended I get 165s for optimal fit. At the time, finding 165's was tough enough, I don't know where you go to find anything smaller! Kids bike?
