ReTesting: PM vs No PM
Basically...
I see that the power guys can measure a % increase in FTP. What about somebody like me who doesn't use anything but HR and RPE? My LTHR actually went DOWN. Bad: I've been sick for the last week and haven't worked out since Friday. Good: I covered more distance (on trainer) in the same amount of time and with a lower Avg HR than the original test.
Regarding the lower avg HR for the 40' TT, should I be concerned?
