Weigh in 12/29 - Last one of 2010

So here we are at the last weigh in of 2010.  I am currently at the in laws and have no scale, but would not be suprised to see 235.

In any event I will be looking to focus on nutrition as I will be moving back in to the OS in January.

Here's the usual link to the spreadsheet.

  • Christmas cookies were my undoing last week. They are my kryptonite! 253.4, up a pound. I am planning to really get serious about nutrition now that the holidays are over. Goal weight is 225, time to get busy.
  • Battling back after weekend spent at mom's:  "you better eat.  your body needs fat.  food is love"  Still down 1.6, but unloved!

  • I'm up from last week... to 137.2 (scary) but down since returning from my Christmas trip and weighing in on Ts (138.4)... Not where I want to start OS next week (closer to 134), but I still have a few days (but some of those will involve eating out and festivities). Fingers crossed. Starting next week I'll starting adding myself to the spreadsheet.

Congrats to those of you who are down - that's awesome!
  • Eureka. Pie seems to be the long sought after key to reduction!  Will report back on experiment next Weds.

  • Hmmm... Up 2 pounds since the beginning of December. Guess I needed the extra motivation of a full 20lb weight loss goal.

Could be time to break out the weight loss secret weapon - the rowing machine. That and stop eating the Mozart Ball marzipan chocolates from my Christmas stocking...
  • I'm not weighing myself again until Monday 1/3/11, when I get back "on the wagon" with the healthy eating. Regardless of the result, January will be pure primal (protein, fruits and veggies only).
  •   Crud. Added another pound. Now up to 180. Tonight is hump night though. We're having a large seafood dinner for New Year's Eve. After that, ciao beer and fried food. Really! Really, really!

    Best wishes,

    Elly

  • 2 month break from EN. Now I am back for January OS.

    Weighed myself:

    UGH! 137.2

    Lay off has been yummy.
