trying to upload season plan

 I'm trying to upload my season plan to the race selection forum - i cant seem to upload my excel file - "file type not allowed" - suggestions?

it's working - thx - i've noticed other people submitting season plan and the plan is listed in the post - whereas mine was an attachment - i tried a cut/paste to no avail - do you know how others get plan into the post - thx
