Olympic Distance Training
Just a reminder that it would be GREAT to have a set of plans specifically designed to train for Olympic distance.
In the mean time OS working fine but YOUR potential customers base could grow significantly with this new product.

The OS is a killer prep for shorter course events. No need for a specific plan; just repeat the OS!

Second what Bill said, if you follow the OS you will crank the shorter distances.
The use of a powermeter in short course events will be eye opening; a brake early on, a whip later, just like in longer events. The ranges are just a bit higher though...
