Getting back on track...
Since we have so many WSM's in the JOS I thought I would get some feedback on how to handle a hiccup in my schedule. I have been feeling really good on my workouts, but I was a little under the weather yesterday and thougt it would be for the best to skip my run workout and rest. Question for today is... what now? I really do like the run and thought about doing the workout today, BUT I didn't want to destroy my week playing with the schedule too much.
Should I just write this one off and get back on the schedule tomorrow, or is there some other guidance that anyone has?

I wouldn't worry about it there's plenty of time left in the OS.
Guidance in da Haus is always to focus on the next one. No make-ups. One missed workout (or 2 or 3) does not reduce current fitness.
