@Aleksandar, same here on IF>the prescribed workout. Esp on the z3 stuff for me, where I just drift up and find that 85% seems pretty slow and un-intense.
I am glad week two is over, I need tomorrow's day off, but I am looking forward to week three....I am still trying to figure out the pacing on the intervals and my garmin...so the down load tonight only looks like a constant zone 3, 25 miles at 18.9 avg with avg heart rate at 162...i hate the numbers, because I know i actually rode harder than that. Should I auto pause my computer at stop lights? In my head I keep hearing the team yell, work, work, work, and I just end up hammering as hard as I can...I know that I will figure out the pacing. Am I the only one out there that is imagining he is in a group ride with a bunch of EN junkies? Am I just he delusional one of the group? Hey, January OS, thanks for all the motivation, even if it is in my own little world, I love it. Stark, one day I will be as fast as you!
@ Chap -- not alone at all. That is all I think when I am riding/running by myself and need to keep pushing. I imagine all of my new cyber teamates suffering along with me and encouraging me to keep going. I don't even know what you all sound like but I have heard you all in my head!! How crazy does that make me?!?
@Allen: We have three cats (and a dog, along with 3 kids) and I'm the resident curmudgeon when it comes to cats. But everyone knows it's just an act. I'm really sorry for your loss.
@Linda: Ouch... I've been there and feel your pain. Any idea what caused it? Take care and best wishes for a return to binocular vision soon.
Thanks, Nemo and Greg, I was wondering...I am loving the team cuz' I know I got to post when I get done and if my workout stunk, then I got to post that and we havn't started a thread yet for whimps!!! At least not in Jan OS that I know of. Need the rest tomorrow and gonna get some major stretching in. Looking forward to the next week. Good night all!
Thanks everyone for the nice words. We miss our cat but we know we gave him a great and long life and he brought us a lot of happiness. I couldn't have asked for a better ending for him but still miss him a lot.

Guess we're all just a bit crazy
@Dan, yep it is advanced for me and with some spice on top of it. Week 2 closed, success, did not dig a hole and hit all the targets.
Seems like a solid week for everyone. Glad it is coming together.
