A pact with myself
So in an effort to be slightly more active during the work day (as opposed to sitting at my desk all day) I have made a little pact with myself. At least twice per day I will climb the stairs from the main floor (2) to my floor (7 or 9).
If I don't post for a few days in a row it is because I died in the stairwell. My guess is a heart attack, but I could just as easily blow a vein in my head.

Seems pretty strange that I'm breathing somewhat heavily after going from the 45th to 48th floor in my office.
How does your floor move up and down during the day ?
I'm only on the second floor, but I'm up and down the stairs of my 3 story building all day. I'm always amazed at the people (relatively healthy looking) who take the elevator up one floor.
Its as bad as the 5th Vo2 bike rep.
