Flipping week 8, with week 9 ?
I'm travelling a lot (real lot) for work at the mo'.
Due to this this I built in a lot of flexability to the plan.
I'll be out of town during week 8, I can repeat week 7 with out any impact on my overall plan for the year and do week 8 in what would have been week 9. Or I could switch week 8 and week 9, but week 9 is the move into Vo2 work, so I'm not sure that would be as good as just repeating week 7
Thoughts?
