Time for another weigh in. Things seem back on track with workout and the plan. I'm even down 1 lbs to 234.

I'm down, too. 2.4 for the week (and officially in my acceptable off season weight range, still ~8 from goal race weight)! I'm sure the cleanse has a lot to do with it! So far so good with that, btw. I think eating mostly primal for so long helped a lot - not a ton of withdrawal issues to deal with. I start week 2 tomorrow and, from what I've read, that's when I should start noticing changes like better skin, increased energy, etc. I've felt fine so far, but haven't been blown away. I guess now is the rebuilding phase. We'll see. At least the smoothies and meals have been really good. The soups I've made for dinner, ehh... none I'd make again outside of the cleanse.
