CycleOps memory full

Please help I'm going nuts.  I just had the best bike for sure and it is telling me my memory is full.  

How can I delete files on the CycleOps Joule 2.0 when the memory is full.  I have opend previous rides and it does not give me an option to delete them.  Please help!!!!

Are you using Power Agent software? WKO+? Windows? MacOS? Need more info.

If you're on Windows, install Power Agent and use that to configure, update and delete files from your Joule.
