Most Excellent Icing/Heat Therapy Tool
I worked the Houston Marathon Expo this Friday/Saturday. While there, I found these tools for icing and heat therapy. www.gomoji.com. The Tension Release wrap that goes around your shoulders is great! You can wear it so it wraps around your shoulders and neck or so it is more mid-back. It goes in the microwave to get warm. On Saturday, my knee was a bit tender. They let me wear one of the knee wraps for 20 minutes. It was amazing. It gave full coverages of the knee cap including into the crevices around the bottom interior area which has been hard to get so far. It has an insert that you put in the freezer then it velcros into the wrap. You can adjust the compression of the wrap with additional velcro.
Enjoy!

@ Penny - I picked up a Moji for my knee last summer @ the Chicago Tri expo, and I love it. It works great, just like you described. I frequently get a touch of tendonitis, especially after speed work, and the Moji has helped me get thru week 8 of OS without any problems. I just put the insert into the freeze for a few hours, then put it into the wrap for use. Simple, easy, neat, works great. I recommend it anyone who needs to ice their knee. I haven't tried the shoulder wrap but I bet it works well too.
I actually ordered the double knee pack. I'm such a sucker for a deal.
