groin injury
just suffered a groin pull a week and a half ago while running in the snow. I rested for 4 days and it felt good but was painful when I tried to run. at this point I haven't run or biked in 1 1/2 weeks. Any suggestions on how to work with this. My body seems to be SLOW at recoveries. I greatly appreciate the input guys.

No problem. If you can't get it loosened up, see a pro. Like I said, these ones can be stubborn and like to stick around.
