1/2 marathon training in OS and GP

 I wanted to get a little input on a training for a half in an IM season. I would like to run the St Louis 1/2 on April 10th. I was wondering if I should change anything in Feb march to get ready for that or just trust what I am doing and race it with the fitness I have at the time since it is a C level race. I have a goal in mind and I want to hit that but I also see that Sept 11th is much more important than April 10.
