1/2 marathon training in OS and GP
I wanted to get a little input on a training for a half in an IM season. I would like to run the St Louis 1/2 on April 10th. I was wondering if I should change anything in Feb march to get ready for that or just trust what I am doing and race it with the fitness I have at the time since it is a C level race. I have a goal in mind and I want to hit that but I also see that Sept 11th is much more important than April 10.

During GP you are doing half marathon volume to begin with. The recovery would be more important than the taper, if any. I would go ahead and post to the Macro forum to get the coaches advice.
