EN Charity Program in Action
It's here, and it's live!
I just received notification that my charity fundraiser received a very generous $250 contribution from an EN representative. We were threatened with a good deed, and RnP have made good on that threat. For those that are training or racing for a cause, this is about as good as it gets. No begging, no pleading, no lengthy dissertations on the worthiness of your cause. The application is simple, straight-forward, and takes less time than you would spend trying to size up your next prospect.
To RnP, this is one of those extraordinary undertakings that truly inspires people to do more. The generosity of the program, and the consideration of my particular cause, are hugely appreciated. Can't thank you guys enough!
In order to recognize the value of the EN Charity Program, I'd like to invite others to join me and give a quick shout out to their cause. Hopefully we can put a face to the good work being done here.
For the past 3 years, I have been raising money for Back on My Feet. The organization works to motivate homeless individuals toward self-sufficiency, using running as the vehicle for building self respect, responsibility, and community. This year, specifically, I'm raising $10k for the organization's Boston chapter en route to the Boston Marathon.
Again, many thanks to RnP for taking on this noble endeavor!
