New Support Feature: ZenDesk (Please Help Us Test it for Februaary 2011!)

Folks, 

In an effort to improve your EN experience and our ability to support you, we are trying out a new piece of software called ZenDesk. It's essentially an online support center piece of software that will help us not only track and respond to your issues better, but _should_ help us aggregate all of our various answers into a "knowledge base".

So for Feb 2011, instead of posting here to the admin forum, we'd like you to please go here:

You don't need to register, just submit your issue and we'll get back to you...thanks so much!

    Wow, this thing is powered by the internet fairy. I submitted a correction request just before I went to bed and woke up to find it corrected!
