I have no Search Mojo: (Swap run for bike)
Background:
I'm traveling and won't be able to bike for a couple for a couple of days. I saw a comment from Rich a few days back suggesting run at the hotel OK in place of planned bike workout. What I don't know is what that workout should look like? In my case, I'm looking for the proper run replacement for the Tuesday bike in OS wk2.
I know, I know, this is a Micro thread question...
The problem is that I'm convinced it must have been asked and answered numerous times in the past. And I know what a pain it can be for RnP and others to have to answer the same question over and over for every noob that comes into the haus. I've been looking in the wikis and trying various searches, but haven't found what I'm looking for yet.
So, more than the answer to this specific question, I'm looking for tips to better answer questions like this on my own. Somebody, please, pass on your search mojo and help us all make the best of the valuable information already stored here!

Pretty much your answer is to just run how you feel. Since you are likely doing the hard running workouts, just add in some longer EP runs, maybe some more Z3/Z2 running blocks. Whatever will get you out there. You aren't going to lose your fitness in a week

Thanks, that's exactly what I was looking for. I knew it had to there somewhere. I have no idea how I missed it! I looked through the wiki multiple times, though was focusing more on the OS section than the rest. No excuse for not seeing that one.
If there are any search gurus out there that would care to share tips, I'd still love to hear them. I suspect I'll have another question or two that comes up...
