Startin this week on Thursday :(
Well, life totally got in the way this week of training. Car trouble, late nights at work...you name it, this was the week from hell. Took Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday off of training...and now trying to figure out what to do. Im in week 11 OS, and so far this week Ive missed my tues brick and wed VO2 run. So, what should I do for the rest of the week? I was thinking VO2 run today, brick tomorrow, long run Sat, another brick Sunday...but any advice would be appreciated. Thanks all!
