Swapping my PT and need some new rim help

I just bought a new bike and am looking swap my PT to a new rim.  The reason for the switch is my old bike was 650 wheels and, of course, the new one is 700 wheels.   

I was checking out some options online and thought "I should go count my spokes" because it seemed like I had many more than those rims showed.    Sure enough, my PT has 36 spokes and I can't find many reasonable rims with that pattern.   

Wondering if anyone has any leads on where to look for some good rims that I might be able to use ?    

I have a  bike shop that can make the swap.  I asked them, via email tonight, for their wheel opinions as well.     

Any help would sure be appreciated.

I bought my bike and now a PT through www.excelsports.com and they were great! I highly recommend them!

You might check in with Rich. He uses wheelbuilder, they may be able to help.
