Weigh in 02/16
Back at it after the week skiing and down the one lbs I gain that week to 234. My problem is I'm still not feeling that well and no workouts.

I'm down 1lb from last week's post-cleanse high. Which is fine. I've definitely been eating much better but have been having more wine that anticipated (not complaining, though... as I'm happily dating and sort of enjoying my new-singledom). Feeling stronger hitting my zones post-cleanse, so I think having more solid food is a good thing.
I'm down 2 since last week and 10 since new years. Now at 212# (5'10") Shooting for a race weight <190. Beer is my biggest weakness lately.
