Need Help Getting Joule/WKO/Device Agent Set-Up

Been digging through this PandP forum for answers and nothing seems to answer my question.  So here goes:

I have:

 - Joule 2.0

 - Wko+ 2.2

 - Device Agent 3.0

 - Power Agent

I have been downloading my Joule data into PA and then exporting the file and dragging into WKO.  I now have DA 3.0 installed and it fires up and I can pull the data from my Joule into DA 3.0.  But I can't figure out how to get that file into WKO?

I understand I should be able to open DA from within WKO by choosing File/Training Device Download but the original dialog box still pops up, not DA 3.0.  And I can't seem to find a place to choose DA 3.0 as the deafult.

Lastly, in DA 3.0 the "Save To" drop down options only gives me "Disk" or TP Online.

Any help is appreciated.  Just trying to simplity things.

  • Hey John, don't know if this helps, but I just upgraded from the old LYC to a Joule, the latest version of WKO+, and Power Agent. I turn on the Joule, plug the cable in to the pc, fire up WKO. On the calendar view, I click the download icon and it fires up power agent(I think), click open files, select the w/o I want to import, click save and it puts it in the calendar. I do have to make sure the workout was "stopped and saved" on the joule though. There was a bug in some of the older versions of WKO, power agent, device agent, etc that made it gymnastics to do this but the latest versions have fixed that. So, make sure your running the latest versions if you can.
  • Are you sure you can even use DA 3.0 with WKO+2.2?  I'm thinking that's why you have no 'save to' option for WKO - DA 3.0 doesn't recognize WKO+2.2.

  •  @Bob - Ya, you called it.  Tom Glynn called and I did a further sarch at TP.com and I need WKO+ 3.0.  Looks like a $64.50 upgrade for me.

    Thanks a bunch.
